What format do my photos need to be in before I upload them?

Photos need to be convert to .jpg or .png first before uploading.

If you are having trouble, it is possible you may not have a supported file type, such as a .heic, which is the standard format that is exported with an iphone. If you need additional help please reach out to our Support Team at support@truevail.com
