My account is being configured and I can't login?

If you see the message below on your login screen - fear not! This means our Support and Design Teams are working hard behind the scenes to ensure your services are up and running as quickly as possible!


Sign in Screen Message: 'Configuring Your Account'

"Congratulations on finishing your account setup! Our team is configuring your account and you'll be notified as soon as it's complete. Please monitor your email for outreach and updates on your services".


What to expect: 

It will take our Teams about 2 weeks to email your Newsletter Preview for approval, and up to 4 weeks for new website designs - keep an eye out for further communications for those services.


For Newsletter Services:

After final approval of your Initial Newsletter, we'll complete the configuration of your account and your first newsletter will be scheduled. Your account will become 'Active' and you will be able to sign into your account to access the Content Designer and all the DIY features for any future campaigns.


While you will have the ability to make edits to the content of your newsletters directly in the platform once your account is active, for your Initial Newsletter, we need to finalize the design of your template and branding before we can activate your account.


IMPORTANT NOTE if you selected an ASAP start 

If you opted in for Social Media Services and chose an ASAP start, these services will be set up within 3 days unless you let us know otherwise. Please email us before the 3-day window if you’d like to request a delay or have any questions about your selected services.
