Can I pause my membership subscription?

We understand that sometimes work or personal circumstances may require you to take a break without canceling outright. While our platform isn't designed for frequent on-and-off activation due to the nature of our scheduling, we can accommodate subscription pauses in set blocks of time for exceptional situations.*


If you’d like to discuss pausing your subscription, please contact our Customer Support Team. With advance notice, we can schedule your pause to take effect starting the following month.

IMPORTANT

During a pause, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will not be able to access features such as scheduling social or email campaigns, or viewing previous content.

*Pausing is intended for unique situations, such as limited access to the platform due to extended commitments or personal matters, and is not designed for short-term or frequent suspensions.

Your website, along with any forms, landing pages, and corresponding auto-responders, will be taken offline during the paused period. For further details, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. There may be times you won't want or need access to your account and pausing your subscription membership is an option we can accommodate for blocks of time*.
