You will usually receive the campaign preview at least 5-7 days before it’s scheduled send date. You can always pause the campaign, make edits, and reschedule it on your own for a later date.

If you have trouble adding your personalized introduction, you may use our Personalized Introduction Form to submit your content and our Design Team team will create a personalized intro for you complimentary.
