How to View Your Email Campaign Metrics

Learn how to to view your overall metrics and metrics for a specific campaign

To View Overall Email Campaign Metrics

  1. When you login to truevailapp.com, your main dashboard will display your overall email campaign metrics for the past 30-90 days.

  1. To view more information, hover your your mouse over the top right corner of a card and click the plus sign to expand for more information

  1. From the expanded view, you can filter by email campaign or date range. To minimize the card, click the minus sign in the top right.

To View Metrics for a Specific Email Campaign

  1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

  1. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Email Campaigns will be displayed.
  2. Select the SENT Newsletter for which you want to view metrics.
  3. On the left panel, you can select the specific metrics to view for that newsletter. To get an overview of a campaign's metrics, select Performance. You'll be able to view overall numbers for that campaign


  1. - To view the specific contacts within each category, select Bounces, Links (Clicks), Opens, Unopens or Unsubscribes on the left.

  1. Once selected, the contacts that meet that criteria will be visible.
  2. You can then search for a specific contact in the search bar, or export the records using the export button
