Reschedule or Unschedule a Scheduled: 'Done-for-you' Truevail Newsletter

Learn how to reschedule or unschedule an already scheduled 'Done-for-you' Truevail Newsletter

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Truevail Newsletters will be displayed

3. Select the scheduled Truevail Newsletter you want to amend

4. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner

5. Choose an option to either:

Reschedule

Edit the date to reschedule the Truevail Newsletter

Select Reschedule Campaign and click the calendar icon

Amend the date and time
Click Schedule at the top right of the pop-up screen

Unschedule

Change the Truevail Newsletter status from SCHEDULED to DRAFT Mode

Select Unschedule Campaign
Click Yes

6. Check the campaign is set to your chosen status
