Reschedule or Unschedule a Scheduled: Email Campaign

Learn how to reschedule or unschedule an already scheduled Email Campaign


1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Email Campaigns will be displayed

3. Select the scheduled Email Campaign you want to amend

4. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner

5. Choose an option to either:

Reschedule

Edit the date to reschedule the Email Campaign


  • Select Reschedule Campaign and click the calendar icon

  • Amend the date and time
  • Click Schedule at the top right of the pop-up screen
  • Check the campaign is set to your chosen status

Unschedule

Change the Email Campaign status from SCHEDULED to DRAFT Mode


  • Select Unschedule Campaign
  • Click Yes
  • Check the campaign is set to your chosen status
