Create a new Email Campaign: Using Prebuilt Design Modules & Truevail's Content Library

Learn how to create a new Email Campaign using our Content Designer. Take advantage of our Prebuilt Design modules to insert your own content, or use our Truevail Content Library for ready-to-go articles.

Use Prebuilt Design Layouts and your own content

Use our DIY Design Tools to insert your own photos, text and Call to Action buttons to create a custom email campaign. Select a 1, 2 or 3 article email campaign template with a prebuilt design layout.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Draft, Scheduled and Sent Email Campaigns will be displayed.
3. Click the + sign in the upper right-hand corner and select Create Email campaign.

4. Select Start from Layout and click the blue Next button.
5. Select a 1, 2 or 3 article email campaign template with a prebuilt design layout (scroll in the pane to the right to preview the template) and click the blue Choose Email Layout button.
6. Type the TITLE for the email campaign.
7. The PURPOSE, TEMPLATE and FROM will autofill.
8. Type a SUBJECT (this can be changed later if you change your mind) and PREVIEW TEXT (optional) and click the blue Finish button.

9. The campaign is now in Draft Mode, select DESIGN from the left side of the screen.
10. Click on each image, caption, heading, title and text block to insert your custom content. (Learn how to Edit Content).

11. Review your entire email design and once satisfied, either click Send Preview at the top right of the screen and send a test email to yourself for final review, or click Overview on the left side of the screen, click the image and a preview will open in a new tab.
12. When everything looks good, you can Edit, Schedule, or Send your Email Campaign immediately from the Overview page.

Create a new Email Campaign using Truevail's Content Library

Take advantage of Truevail's Content Library and find articles for a wide variety of destinations and travel experiences. Photos, text and Call to Action Buttons are ready-to-go, with the option to add your own content.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Draft, Scheduled and Sent Email Campaigns will be displayed.

3. Click the + sign in the upper right-hand corner and select Create Email campaign.

4. Select Start from Article and click the blue Next button.
5. In the Find Email Article search bar, type a specific destination or scroll to browse articles in the library.
6. Search the Truevail Content Library by either:

• Scrolling through the list of thumbnail previews in the panel OR
• Typing a keyword or destination into the Find social campaign search bar

7. Click the circle ⚬ to the left of the image to preview the campaign.
8. Click the blue Choose Email Article button to confirm your selection.
9. The TITLE for the email campaign will autofill, can be deleted and re-titled.
10. The PURPOSE will autofill to Marketing and can be changed to Transactional.
11. TEMPLATE and FROM will autofill.
12. The SUBJECT will autofill, can be deleted and re-titled. (This can be changed later if you change your mind).
13. PREVIEW TEXT can be entered (optional), click the blue Finish button.

9. The campaign is now in Draft Mode, select DESIGN from the left side of the screen.

12. Review your entire email design and once satisfied, click Send Preview at the top right of the screen and send a test email to yourself for final review, or click Overview on the left side of the screen and then click the image for a preview to open in a new tab

13. When everything looks good, you can Edit, Schedule, or Send your Email Campaign immediately from the Overview page.
