Edit content: Email Campaign

Learn how to edit the content of your Email Campaign using our Content Designer. Add or delete photos, text and 'Call to Action' buttons. Our brand new DIY design tools give you creative freedom to let loose and personalize your content to match your brand.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Email Campaigns will be displayed.

3. Select the Email Campaign you want to edit. On the left side of the screen, click Design.

Editing and deleting content

Add images

Add images from your device or an external source.

1. Click on the Image Block where you want to add an image

1. Click the Upload image option on the right and click add photo

1. Choose a File Source from one listed in the options panel and follow the onscreen instructions to choose your new image.
2. Name the photo in the ALT field.
3. To link the image to a source, click the arrow in the right of the LINK TO field and select an option, follow the instructions to add the link or keep the default set to Nothing.

4. Click the blue Done button to save or Cancel to revert to the empty IMAGE block.

Edit photos

Crop, change the ratio, make adjustments to brightness, contrast etc, flip, rotate or zoom.

1. Click on the photo you want to edit and click edit photo below the thumbnail on the right to open the editing toolbar.

4. Click each icon in turn to make edits to the photo.
5. When changing the ratio with Crop, click, hold and drag the photo within the window to move it.
6. Click and drag the blue dot below the photo to zoom in or out.

4. Click RESET to revert to the original photo, or click Done to save.

Replace images

Replace images from your device or an external source

1. Click the image you want to replace.
2. Click the x on the image thumbnail on the right side of the screen and Yes to confirm.

3. Click add photo.
4. Choose a File Source from one listed in the options panel and follow the onscreen instructions to choose your new image.
5. Name the photo in the ALT field.
6. To link the image to a source, click the arrow in the right of the LINK TO field and select an option, follow the instructions to add the link or keep the default set to Nothing.

7. Click the blue Done button to save or Cancel to revert to the empty IMAGE block.

Delete images

Delete an image and remove the image block from the design.

1. Hover your cursor over the image you want to delete and click the down arrow to the right of the pink IMAGE box.

3. Select Delete Block to remove the image block and click Yes to confirm.
4. You'll also need to delete the CAPTION box from the deleted image - repeat the steps above to delete the CAPTION block.

Edit Captions, Headings or Text

Edit text - all Captions, Headings or Text within the design can be edited.

1. Click the area of text you want to change.
2. In the text box on the right, either highlight, delete and rewrite your text, or copy and paste your new text.
3. Click the blue Done button to save or Cancel to revert to the original image.

Delete Captions, Headings or Text boxes

Delete text and remove the text block from the design.

1. Hover your cursor over the Caption, Heading or Text block you want to delete and click the down arrow to the right of the pink TEXT box.

2. Select Delete Block to remove the block, and click Yes to confirm.

Adding content

Add new Content Sections and Blocks

Use the design panel to add content Sections and Blocks to the design.

1. Click, hold and drag the content Section or Block you wish to add.
2. Drop the block where the DROP SECTION HERE or DROP BLOCK HERE is displayed.
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
4. Click the blue Done button to save, or Cancel to revert to the original image.

Reorder/Move Content Sections and Blocks

Content can be reordered or moved within the layout of your design.

1. Hover over the content you want to move - the section will become highlighted.
2. Move your cursor to hover over the move handle (three lines) in the top left corner of the highlighted section.

3. Click the move handle (three lines), hold and drag to your desired location within the design.
4. Release once in position.

Preview Edited Email Campaign

1. Review your entire email design and once satisfied, click Send Preview at the top right of the screen and send a test email to yourself for final review, or click Overview on the left side of the screen and then click the image for a preview to open in a new tab.
2. When everything looks good, you can Edit, Schedule, or Send your Email Campaign immediately from the Overview page.
