Edit a Call to Action Button: Email Campaigns

Learn how to edit the text or link for a Call to Action button in an email campaign, or delete it entirely with our brand new design tools

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Email Campaigns will be displayed

3. Select the Email Campaign you want to edit. On the left side of the screen, click Design

Edit a Call to Action button

Edit button text and change links to a web or email address, phone number, form or more

• Scroll down your design and click the button you want to change
• In the TEXT box on the right hand side of the screen, delete and rewrite your text
• Click the LINK TO field and select one of the options
• Follow the instructions for your option (choose a file, or insert a link, phone number or address)
• Click the blue Done button to save or Cancel to revert to the original button text and link

Delete a button

Remove a call to action button entirely from the design

• Hover your cursor over the button you want to delete and click the down arrow to the right of the pink TEXT box

• Select Delete Block to remove the button and click Yes to confirm

Preview Your Edited email campaign

• Review your entire email design and once satisfied, click Send Preview at the top right of the screen and send a test email to yourself for final review
• Or click Overview on the left menu
• Click the image to preview on screen immediately (links will not work via the on screen preview)
