Replace an Article: 'Done-for-you' Truevail Newsletter

Learn how to delete or add an article within your 'Done-for-you' Truevail Newsletter using our Content Designer. Take advantage of our Truevail Content Library for ready to go articles, or use our prebuilt design modules to insert your own content.

Navigation

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Email Campaigns will be displayed.

3. Select the Truevail Newsletter you want to edit. On the left side of the screen, click Design.

Replace an article with one 'ready-to-go' from the Truevail Content Library

Take advantage of the Truevail content library and find articles for a wide variety of destinations and travel experiences. Photos, text and 'Call to Action Buttons' are ready to go, with the option to replace blocks with your custom content.

• Follow steps 1-3 above.
• Scroll down and find the article you want to replace.
• Move the grey scroll at the bottom over to the right.
• Hover over the image and click the drop down arrow to the right of the EMAIL ARTICLE box.

• Click Delete Section and Yes.
• Click and drag the EMAIL ARTICLE section from the design panel and hover over the area you want it to be added.

• Drop the section into the DROP SECTION HERE bar.
• In the Find email article search bar, type a specific destination or scroll to browse articles in the library.

• Previews of the ticked articles will appear in the window to help you decide.
• Click the blue Choose Email Article button to confirm your selection.
• The email article will now appear within your design.

• Review your entire email design and once satisfied, click Send Preview at the top right of the screen to send a test email to yourself for final review.
• You can also preview the newsletter by clicking Overview on the left side of the screen.
• Click on the image and a new tab will open with a preview.
• Click on the original tab to return to the Truevail platform Overview page.
• From here, you can Edit, Schedule, or Send your Email Campaign immediately.

Replace an article with your custom content using a Prebuilt Design Layout

Use our prebuilt design tools to insert your photos, text and 'Call to Action' buttons to create a custom email article.

• Follow steps 1-3 above.
• Scroll down and find the article you want to replace.
• Move the grey scroll at the bottom over to the right.
• Hover over the image and click the drop down arrow to the right of the EMAIL ARTICLE box.

• Click Delete Section and Yes.

• Click and drag the PREBUILT DESIGN section from the design panel and hover over the area you want it to be added.

  

• Drop the section into the DROP SECTION HERE bar.
• Scroll down the list to find the Email Campaign (One Newsletter Article).
• Click the blue Choose Module Button to confirm your selection.
• The prebuilt layout will now appear within your design.
• Click on each image, caption, heading, title and text block to insert your custom content.
