Schedule or send: Email Campaign (with Video)

Learn how to schedule or send your 'Done-for-you' Truevail Newsletter.

Quick Watch

This video demonstrates how to send a campaign immediately, or schedule for delivery to recipients subscribed to a Newsletter list.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Email from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your DRAFT, SCHEDULED and SENT Truevail Newsletters and Email Campaigns will be displayed.

3. Select the DRAFT Truevail Newsletter you want to send.

4. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

5. Select Send/Schedule Campaign.

6. You'll need to select the RECIPIENTS you want to send to (watch video to learn how).

Send Immediately

Send the Truevail Newsletter Immediately.

Select the Send immediately option.
Click Send at the top right of the pop up screen.
Check the campaign is set to your chosen status.

Schedule Delivery

Schedule your Truevail Newsletter to a future date.

Select Schedule Delivery. Click the calendar icon to choose a specific date.

Type your chosen time and click Schedule at the top right of the pop up screen.
Check the campaign is set to your chosen status.
