Connect Social Media profiles to Truevail
Learn how to connect your Social Media profiles to your Truevail account to setup your Social Media preferences and Services.
Before you begin
Login to both your Instagram and Facebook accounts and keep the tabs open.
! IMPORTANT !
You must have a Business Instagram profile and Facebook Business Page to proceed and the two need to be connected.

Set up your Social Media Preferences with Truevail
When your social media accounts are linked, you can connect them to Truevail and setup your preferences.
- Login to Truevail where you'll be prompted to complete your setup.
- If you have previously COMPLETED the Social Media section - click the section again to edit the details.
- Click +add profile and choose Instagram.
- Click I agree.
- Facebook will open since your accounts are connected.
- Click Continue.
- Select Opt in to all current and future businesses.
- Click Continue.
- Select Opt in to current pages only and make sure the box next to your page is selected too.
- Click Continue.
- Select Opt in to current Instagram accounts only and select the box next to the correct Instagram account.
- Click Continue.
- Click Save which will take you back toTruevail and you'll be able to see your Instagram account.
- Follow the same steps to add your Facebook business page. Once saved, you'll also be able to see it in your account.
