No problem! Once you've signed up and have activated your account, account setup can be completed in as little as 20 minutes! The key is to get your account setup right away.

Once your account is setup, your Free Trial start date can be flexible to fit around your busy schedule and will begin once you're 100% happy and have launched your first campaign or website. We're here to help you get setup and ready to go when your schedule allows.

Adding on Logo or Website Design? Your Free Trial can either begin when:

1) You’re 100% happy with your Website and Logo designs and you’ve launched your first campaign.

OR 

2) As soon as you've approved your newsletters and launched your first campaign, even while your website is still in development!

Opting for Newsletters and Social Media Services only?

Once you've Signed Up and activated your account, if you would like Newsletter and Social Media Services only and have everything on the checklist below ready-to-go, you'll have your account setup complete before you've finished your coffee!

Your Essential Checklist for a speedy setup

Have everything on the list prepared and your account setup can take as little as 20 minutes (if Logo or Website Design services are not required)

1. Logo: High resolution Png or jpeg file – No Logo? No problem! Text Logos are complimentary! 
2. Facebook Business Page and Instagram Business Account logins and passwords *
3. Brand book Style Guide: Optional - If you’re not sure what this is, you won’t need one! 
4. Profile photo: Optional – High resolution jpeg 
5. Contact List: Excel or CSV file – If you don’t have it ready, don’t worry! You can email this to us later
