Edit content: Unscheduled Social Media Campaign
Learn how to edit the content of an Unscheduled Social Media Campaign. Send it immediately or schedule for a later date.
Note
We recommend making design edits via your Desktop to enable advanced features and tools.
- Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click Campaigns and select Social from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Social Campaigns Calendar will be displayed.
- Find the unscheduled campaign from the collection of draft unscheduled campaigns to the left of the Social Campaigns Calendar:
- Scroll through the thumbnail previews OR
- Type the TITLE, a keyword or destination into the Find social campaign search bar.
Tip
If you can't remember the TITLE, search specific content keywords or destinations such as 'winter', 'romance', 'wine' or destinations such as 'Morocco', 'France' etc. You may need to try different keywords to find your desired content.
- Click the image of your chosen Social Campaign and select Manage Social Campaign.

Edit the Campaign Details
The TITLE, campaign TYPE and profiles to POST to can be edited if desired.
- Click the 3 dots in the top right of the screen.
- Select Edit Campaign.
- Delete the current title in the TITLE field, re-type your chosen title.
- Select the social PROFILES where you want to publish. You may de-select to avoid posting, or keep the auto-selected profiles.
- Click Save in the top right-hand side of the window.
- Click Design from the blue menu bar on the left of the screen.
Toggle between accounts to universally edit
We do not currently support universal editing across all your social media accounts. If you require any edits to be reflected in ALL your social media accounts, you will need to toggle between accounts by using the drop-down menu located on the top bar of the design page.
Add images
Upload your own images from your device or external source.
- Click + add photo(s).
- Choose a File Source from one listed in the options panel, and follow the onscreen instructions to choose your new image.
Tip You can select multiple images at the same time, or repeat the steps to upload separately.
- Click Next in the top right and click the blue Save button.
Edit photos
Crop, change the ration, make adjustments (brightness/contrast etc), flip, rotate or zoom in.
- Find the photo you want to edit and click the pencil to the right of the photo thumbnail to open the editing tools.
- Click each icon in turn to make edits to the photo.
- When changing the ratio with Crop, click, hold and drag the photo within the window to move it.
- Click and drag the blue dot below the photo to zoom in or out.
- Click RESET to revert to the original photo, or click Done in the top right to save.
- Click the blue Save button to complete.
Reorder images
Images can be moved and reordered within the campaign design.
- Click, hold and drag the 6 dot icon next to the thumbnail of the image you want to move.
- Reposition the image to where you would like it to sit and release once in place.
- Click the blue Save button.
Delete images
Remove any images you don't want in the campaign design.
- Click x to the right of the image thumbnail and select Yes to confirm.
- Click the blue Save button.
Edit post caption text
All text in the post caption can be edited.
- In the POST CAPTION box, either highlight, delete and rewrite your text, or copy and paste your new text.
- Hashtags below the text can also be edited in the same way.
OPTIONAL: Add First Comment
Add a first comment for the post.
- Tick the Add first comment box.
- Type the comment in the red COMMENTS box.
Review
Review your edits before saving your campaign.
- Review your edits and once you're happy with the changes, click the blue Save button.
- To edit the content on another social media account - click the down arrow on the right side of the white bar at the top of the page and toggle between accounts to edit.
- When everything looks good, return to your Social Campaigns Calendar using the back button at the top left of the screen.
