Edit text: Social Media Campaign

Learn how to edit the post caption or comment text of a Scheduled Social Media Campaign.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

1. Click Campaigns and select Social from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Social Campaigns Calendar will be displayed.
2. Find the scheduled Social Campaign you wish to edit within the date box on the calendar and click on the thumbnail image.

5. Select Manage Social Campaign.
6. Click Design from the blue menu on the left.

Toggle between accounts to universally edit

We do not currently support universal editing across all your social media accounts. If you require any edits to be reflected in ALL your social media accounts, you will need to toggle between accounts by using the drop-down menu located on the top bar of the design page

Edit Post Caption Text

All text in the post caption can be edited.

1. In the POST CAPTION box on the right, either highlight, delete and rewrite your text, or copy and paste your new text.
2. Hashtags below the text can also be edited in the same way.

OPTIONAL: Add First Comment

Add a first comment for the post.

1. Tick the Add first comment box.
2. Type the comment in the COMMENTS box.

Review

Review your edits before saving your campaign.

1. Review your edits and once you're happy with the changes, click the blue Save button.
2. To edit the content on another social media account - click the down arrow on the right side of the white bar at the top of the page and toggle between accounts to edit.

1. When everything looks good, return to your Social Campaigns Calendar using the back button at the top left of the screen.
