Schedule or Send: Unscheduled Social Media Campaign
Learn how to Schedule or Send an Unscheduled Social Media Campaign. Send it immediately or schedule for a later date.
Note
We recommend making design edits via your Desktop to enable advanced features and tools.
Navigate
1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. Click Campaigns and select Social from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Social Campaigns Calendar will be displayed.
3. Find the unscheduled campaign from the list on the left-hand side of the page by either:
- Scrolling through the thumbnail previews in the panel OR
- Typing the TITLE, a keyword or destination into the Find social campaign search bar
Tip
If you can't remember the TITLE, search specific content keywords or destinations such as 'winter', 'romance', 'wine' or destinations such as 'Morocco', 'France' etc. You may need to try different keywords to find your desired content.
4. Click the image of your chosen Social Campaign and select Schedule Campaign.
5. Tick one of the SCHEDULING options from the list.
To Post Immediately
Campaigns sent immediately cannot be edited once sent.
- Tick Post Immediately.
- Click Save in the top right-hand side of the window.
- The new post will be added to the Social Campaigns Calendar as a thumbnail for the date posted.
To Schedule Post
Schedule the campaign for a future date - scheduled campaigns can be edited before sending.
- Tick Schedule post.
- Hover over and click the calendar icon.
- Choose the DATE from the calendar pop-up.
- Type the TIME in any format (e.g. 4pm /16:00) into the time field.
- Click Schedule in the top right of the window to save.
- The new campaign will now show in the Social Campaigns Calendar as a thumbnail on the chosen date.
