Edit: Toggle between Facebook and Instagram campaigns to make edits to both

Learn how to make edits to scheduled social media campaigns. Toggle between your Facebook and Instagram posts to ensure changes are applied to both.

Navigate

1. Click the Apps icon on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click Campaigns and select Social from the dropdown to open your email dashboard where your Social Campaigns Calendar will be displayed.
3. Find the scheduled Social Campaign you wish to edit within the date box on the calendar and click on the thumbnail image.
4. Select Manage Social Campaign.
5. Click Design from the blue menu bar on the left of the screen.

Toggle between accounts to universally edit

We do not currently support universal editing across all your social media accounts. If you require any edits to be reflected in ALL your social media accounts, you will need to toggle between accounts by using the drop-down menu located on the top bar of the design page

1. Click the down arrow on the right-hand side of the white bar at the top of the page and choose an account to edit.

   

   
   
2. Make the edit to the post, review the changes and once you're happy, click the blue Save button.
3. To edit the content on your other social media account - click the down arrow on the right-hand side of the white bar at the top of the page and choose your other account to edit.
4. Make the edit to the post, review the changes and once you're happy, click the blue Save button.
5. When everything looks good, return to your Social Campaigns Calendar using the Back button at the top left of the screen.
